Viviana Trevino de Barton is the Managing Member of Genamex LLC, a global provider of energy solutions and environmental remediation services dedicated to sustainable practices, innovation and responsible resource development. Since December 2023, she has led the company's initiatives across environmental remediation, energy solutions, infrastructure development and international collaboration — guided by her core values of integrity, collaboration, innovation and environmental stewardship.
With more than three decades of executive leadership, Viviana has built a distinguished career spanning international business development, energy, environmental solutions, strategic partnerships and organizational growth across global markets. Prior to founding Genamex, she served as Vice President of Proppants for US Ceramics, LLC, and spent nearly a decade at Changqing Proppant Corporation as President, leading commercial expansion and international market development within the energy sector.
Her work has taken her across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — where she has built deep experience with governmental, institutional and private-sector engagement — as well as China, Argentina, Oman, Libya, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico and North America, giving her a global perspective for navigating complex, multicultural business environments.
Beyond her executive work, Viviana has served for five years on the Higher Education Board for Dallas and on the Board of The University of Texas at Austin's Center for Latin American Studies, reflecting a long-standing commitment to education and community engagement.

Vice President
Luciano serves as Vice President of Genamex LLC, focusing on strategic business development, technical and commercial strategy, and international partnership development. He brings extensive experience in relationship management, business development across diverse markets, and the advancement of sustainable infrastructure and energy solutions.
Working closely with Viviana, Luciano supports Genamex's expansion of intelligent building systems, energy efficiency initiatives and data-driven decision-making capabilities. His expertise in technical strategy and stakeholder engagement contributes to the successful execution of Genamex's mission to deliver next-generation construction solutions.
Luciano holds a dual degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering, complemented by an MBA — a combined technical and business foundation that shapes his approach to strategic planning and commercial execution across Genamex's projects.
